Listen, you can call Covino a pussy if you want but he knows he isn’t. He doesn’t tell his woman what to do, that is the pussy move. Suck it up and go to bed with your woman, spend time with her and all that jazz. So spending time with her is great, but should you schedule hanging out with her? Specifically should you schedule a sex schedule? Spot sees the purpose but Covino explains, “it’s got to happen organically” you can’t schedule sex because, apparently, every sex life is like that of a romantic comedy, it has to happen randomly.

Then real life stepped in and explained that there has to be some planning, not a specific date and time, but have a rough estimate of the time. People have jobs, kids, and well just get tired in general. So some scheduling allows for cleaning and getting in the mood…but it does take a little bit away from the sexciness…unless you are Snoop Dogg-always be ready (and for those that work, try not to get a sexual harassment claim from work) and there is nothing wrong with a sneak attack every once in a while (just don’t get discouraged), and no sneak attacks are not rape…we think.

Rich decided to help all of us learn how to lose weight, he explained: “Losing weight is easy, but the hardest part is losing the weight” so for all of you trying to lose weight remember, you can lose weight and it’s easy, but it is also hard, so you can, maybe, lose the weight, but probably not, or for sure you can… I think he is saying that we should all just try (but maybe we will fail).

 Good News! today you not only get a little taste of Rich’s wisdom but also of Stanley T. See Stanley T dropped some knowledge on Rich, explaining to him the confusing, but always interesting, ideas of how to deal with women. (Sidenote: Stanley T may be a tad on the old school side, so if you are easily offended, well, keep reading we love your angry comments) So Stanley  T says that he should not be expected to do woman’s work, like booking the hotel, that is clearly something his wife should be doing, so as a man should do, he handed the task off to his wife.

Stanley T also shared a  story of how he decided who he would marry, he had slept with three different women (on 3 different days, calm down) and left them in his house, he would then come home and see what they did throughout the day. Can you guess what the lucky Mrs. Stanley T (because that’s what she is called to a man) was doing? Yup, cooking, cleaning, all that fun stuff, and all while making sure her booty was sticking out, so she looked fine while doing a Stanley T worthy fine job.

I know lucky lucky woman.  

 AND now for everyone’s favorite topic! JEREMY LIN, yes Linsanity has taken over, we will admit it, hell we will make many many jokes about it, because well it’s funny. Linsanity has taken over everywhere, but especially in the Asian community. Covino, Rich, and Spot took notice that all Asians are now a little more smug because of Linsanity. Viewership in the NBA has gone up 70%, Asian janitors are wearing suits, and Asian hookers are now charging more. Will the Linsanity end? or is it going to surpass Tebow! Guess we will find out soon, when Lin is really put to the test in the Knicks-Mavs game. Dun, dun, dun

Also everyone tweet, facebook, and whatever else you need to do to tell Spot to set up an Oscar Party at his house, it would be totally fab, and then everyone has a warm welcome to come visit him at his home, that way Covino and Rich can finally come to visit.

I hope the ears were RINGING and not STINGING today with allll the topics that we covered about this weekend!

First and foremost I have to mention Curly Neil of the Harlem Globetrotters was in the Sirius XM building today! Not only did I pass by him (Sweeeet Ricky here by the way!!) but as Im heading into the studio I see Covino run after him!  He spots me, hands me the digital camera, and we go off on a Globetrotter hunt!!  (We find him about to leave in the main lobby)

So as the show begins Rich starts going LINSANITY!! Asking if Jeremy Lin is one of the first talented and skillful players to go from unknown to a big deal overnight?? How do you feel about that? Are you glad we are not talking about Lebron this and James that! (is it me or is this guy all hype?? He still hasn’t even got 1 ring!) At least Lin is showing some numbers early on in his career. I guess we’ll have to see what the future holds…YES it is BACK TO WORK WEEK and in appreciation to that Covino has been feeling it today. He talks about how he basically got no sleep at all last night thanks to his beautiful little girl not wanting to go to bed. Asking for “lollipops and chocolate milk” Apparently Covino’s parents have been giving little Melody too many treats. How could you blame them though! As the Dudebro’s get into personal stories in the morning Spot decides to get alittle TOO personal and rips on Rich for his “extra shhmedium” Mr. Rogers cardigan sweater. Rich retaliates with fat jokes and how HE is the boss…….Spot and Rich are going at it for a very akward 20 mintues, Covino is in the corner crying from laughter and I’m sitting here thinking “Man I maybe moving on up from an intern!!” What do you guys think? Sweeeet Ricky as a producer of the show or the new Rich?? hmmmmmmmm give me some feedback! (Only kidding guys;-))

As the sissy fight rolls to an end we pay tribute to the late, great Whitney Houston (R.I.P.)… with a sexual chocolate song.  The dudebro’s also mentioned last nights grammys and how LL Cool J (he should switch it to Smooth J) Started off the show right and kept the party moving afterwards. Adele won a whopping 6 awards Rich also commented on Foo Fighters Dave Grohl’s Grammy speech and how he “honors the human element” and gives praise to talent and hard work! Much respect on my behalf for that! Jay-Z and Kanye West won as well for “Best Rap Performance” and Kanye took home 3 other awards and NO he did not spazz out or do anything to make him look stupid…….. the catch??……..Neither one was their to accept the awards nuff said. Next we talked to acting LEGEND Nicolas Cage (WHO, WHAT, WHYYY.) Not only did we have Nick Cage but The guys from Jersey Shore (Ronnie and Vinny) stopped by to talk about how rich they are now and how much MORE ass they are getting now that the show is on it’s 5th season. Let me stop bullshitting, honestly I thought they were very nice, polite, and stand up guys (even though they are male whores) To each his own but they did mention on what they plan on doing with all the money they invested, would they ever stay in a relationship? and how Ronnie feels about his commercial Xenadrine (Keep it real Ronnie!)

Once Jersey left the building we got right back into our NY mentalities….. and T.O. was brought up(Terrell Owens for some who might be alittle lost) The man lost Mil. just off of bad investments, may no longer be a top contender in the NFL, may no longer be playing IN the NFL with the way he is going and how is attitude is ALWAYS changing Bi-polar like a mutha! If the guy was actually just a little humble and blessed and I mean really acknowledge your talent and blessings the man would still be playing and would STILL be a threat in the NFL. Don’t you just hate when a man doesn’t appreciate what he has and rather flaunt it in your face?? I guess karma really is a bitch. On a happy note in sports, the man, the myth, the bloody sock….Curt Schilling was in the building!! I’m sure all you Yankee fans could really give a shit but you know what? The man is a CLASS act. Not to mention a big dudebro and I don’t mean his ring!! Thats a whole other story…but he mentions in the interview how he felt during the 07′ world series mostly a personal feeling with all the surgeries and hurdles he had to leap that year and also feeling proud to have accomplished something Boston has been waiting for, for almost a century! He also mentions how he started a company that is producing video games. Can you imagine!! 2 lifelong dreams of an average American getting to play MLB baseball and play in the world series and then retire on top of the game and start making video games?!? I pray to be that rich!! Big shout out to Curt Schilling and we wish you the best on your new video game “Reckoning”

(Wipes sweat off his forehead) As we rap up the show Covino wanted to tell a story about how he took out his garbage and as he is approaching the front yard of his house he notices a sky high barrel full of trash in HIS TRASH CAN!!!  Someone else, we are not gonna say names (his neighbors) came over and filled their garbage in his trash can, now Covino was not too happy and I can imagine Layla was even more annoyed because she was the one to take the neighbors trash out of their trash can and throw it back into their proper trash can.  Covino was standing by his and his girl’s statements saying his neighbors were in the wrong! were they wrong?? would you have done the same shit? I mean I’m not balling like Covino but trash is trash I guess once you become a big star you worry about those type of things.

It’s been REAL

How was listening to Spot, Covino, and Dicky the Red Nosed Doofus? There were some intersting conversations but Covino got just a little bit sidetracked by Rich’s nose being so red, and then jumped into which video game character was the most gay looking, so many options!

So pictures that I cannot actually put up, Coco taking naked pictures with her nephew. Google this picture look at it and tell us is it weird that she took a naked picture with her nephew? Is it acceptable? Covino is completely against it, he thinks it is weird and well, borderline porn. Spot on the other hand does not see a problem with it…then Covino threw out the idea of what if it was a guy, and a messy debate of double standards ensued. 

That debate was shifted to a new idea of what is considered confrontational. Covino’s neighbors probably hate him, let’s be real here, so he decided to add to it, or well Laila did. One neighbor had put THEIR garbage in Covino’s trash can, Laila responded by taking the garbage out and put it back in the neighbor’s trash. The neighbor was wrong he should not have put their garbage in Covino’s trash but the question was, did Laila do something to confrontational? Was what she did ok or douchey? Covino stands by his woman, she was in the right, and everyone needs to stop being a pussy and deal with confrontation. Spot and Rich agree it was wrong but Covino should have been nicer about it. We will never know who was right for sure (not Covino) what we do know for sure is Covino is going to have to move, soon.

Now Covino doesn’t care what other people think, and apparently neither does Rich. On Monday, February 13th, Rich wanted to be a loving husband and get his wife ice cream, but he ended up looking like the most lonely guy on the planet, AND Bollywoods newest star! He was in the ice cream aisle when Harry Nilsson’s song, ‘I can’t (I can’t live, if living is without you)’  and he had to belt it out, it is just a song that needs to be sung at the highest volume a voice can go. He was so into it and turns around to see an Indian couple staring at him, HORRIFIED…ok not horrified, they thought his voice was swell, so clearly next step is BOLLYWOOD!

 And if he does become Bollywood’s next star he better becareful that nobody face hijacks him. There is this new program a guy on Buzzfeed demonstrates (psst, this is the link) where a guy can put anyone’s face on his, and the face moves with him, yup pretty soon someone is going to steal your identity and use it to skype with your girlfriend! Better watch out, especially if you live in an apartment complex.

So listen, Rich and Covino ARE NOT VAIN, ok Rich is, but he is not defending himself, if he wants to be vain he will, and Covino, well “he’s got standards son” so you don’t judge, only they can. Rich can’t help but judge though, nothing is more gross than a chick that is hairier on Chewbacca on a good day.  Different body parts were discussed, the top three worst were: Fur arms, peach fuzz face, and ChewBACKa.

Rich said fur arms were so gross and unbearable that he ditched a date with a hot chick (who seemed to be totally up for anything) just because she took her jacket off and had the hairiest arms he has ever had to look at. No he is not gay, he just really can’t handle the fur arms.  AND you are welcome I did not include a picture because well, I can’t handle looking at them, so you probably can’t either.

 The conversation about girls looking bad did nto end exactly because one of the hosts of another show, Nicole, came in and spoke about how her Valentine’s Day plans are slowly going downhill. She booked at a restaurant that her fiance would love, but did not realize that she booked at a communal table…fine that is fixable, less romantic, but at least you are together, Right? nope another problem, she actually booked only one seat for a single’s event. Luckily she was able to get a refund, also lucky for her Stanley T is not her fiance because she “would have been in Stanley T’s shit house”

YEA Chicks! See it is actually hard to plan a great date.

 Yes Linsanity has taken over, and our blog had to join in, but only to yell at Floyd Mayweather. What the heck Floyd Mayweather, why are you being a bully on Lin? Mayweather said that Jeremy Lin is doing what black guys always do, and is only getting hyped because he is Asian. Now it is true that part of the reason Lin gets hype is because he is the first Chinese- American, but also because he is a great player, and if black guys could do what Lin does then why were the Knicks mainly losing before Lin came in.

Whatever, this just proves what we all know Floyd Mayweather hates Asians (well that is what we think, anyways)

PERSONAL TIME: So Rich shared that his mother is getting back out there and wanted advice on how to help his mom. He wants to make sure his mom is happy, and not stuck sitting home alone, what is the best way to do this? Hopefully he figures how to update his mom so she can get back out there and be awesome, not saying that she isn’t already.

This is a message to women or emotional guys, or well, whoever feels that Valentine’s day is one of the most important holidays, calm down! Now still celebrate being with the person you love, canoodling, and knockin boots (yea, I know you like those words) but is it so wrong if you celebrate Valentine’s day on the weekend after? Valentine’s day has become about spending 3 times the price on a meal and sitting in an overcrowded restaurant, celebrating Valentine’s day on the weekend will give you more alone time and allow for more romantic settings, see great idea, you are welcome, and tell your woman that you thought it up all on your own…unless she is the crazy illogical type then you can blame me, it’s cool.

From a cute teddy bear to a hot model, well former model, named Kylie Bisutti, she was a Victoria Secret model, that is, till she decided to she cannot do it anymore because it goes against G-d. Now there is nothing wrong with deciding to be closer to G-d, that is her choice but her interview was strange, and well she sparked quite a debate. A caller named Stephanie gave us her opinion that we should not judge her, and stated that when men look (and cheat) it is more likely the woman’s fault for being so scantily dressed. For those guys getting in trouble for cheating, it seems Facebook is making life harder. It makes it so much easier for people to find out what you are doing through pictures, or assume you are doing something, but becareful you don’t want to accidentally post a picture or defriend someone, they may snap and well kill a bitch. Or you may just get angry fans, right Gronk? (and let’s just point out look super gay)

From gay men to gay lovers…just kidding, curious to see if you are paying attention,but love and cheating was the next topic. Covino and Rich decided to help a FRIEND IN NEED with a dilemma, he could not believe how much cheating goes on within the high brow community. It seemed like all the rich folks had a wife and a hunny on the side, that would however make sense since cheating is probably cheaper than divorce. With cheating you buy a hotel (or motel) room, but with divorce the chick gets half…decisions decisions…seriously just kidding don’t cheat.

Last is one of the funnest parts of the day and that is when Bronson Pinchot came in for an interview. He has a new show coming out called Bronson Pinchot Project, he is excited for it, we are exited for it, everyone should be excited for it!

He spoke about his healthy lifestyle and how soft his skin is (I got to touch it so I can confirm that) and his many exploits at Yale, enjoying the school, the plays, and the women, they were all Marvelous. MAAARRVVEELLLOOOUUUUSSS

Breathing was necessary for the next part, everyone in the room needed to just  breathe after a very important, heated, discussion about who is more “mammoth” (as Covino would say); Jim Carrey or Mike Myers. Both sides had good points Mike Myers has so many great characters and he was Wayne from Wayne’s World, that is basically timeless. Jim Carrey has more box office hits and doesn’t need to go to crazy with his character. SO HOW DO WE DECIDE?! Well a good ole fashion tie breaker led by Godfrey, and the winner was…

Yup the always loveable pet detective, as well as many other characters, Jim Carrey.

But then again its still up for debate…

After that epic debate Covino and Rich got some, lets use the word interesting, guests Sammi Sweatheart and Deena from the Jersey Shore. One meatball of information shared with us by the meetball (Deena) was that she is now dating Chris Buckner, no relation to Bill Buckner of the 1986 Mets World Series (it’s ok man, we can’t all be champs)

Sammi and Deena also explained that Snooki never got Jizz in her hair, so for all those that think Snooki is some sort of cheap whore, you are wrong!

Ok now do me a favor and click here and tell me if in that video is a Woolly Mammoth, there is some intense debate going on about it, Covino doesn’t believe it, but Rich and Spot may be swayed if you have a decent argument. Just think about it, is it a Woolly Mammoth? an elephant that rolled around in glue? maybe its just our intense need to believe?  I mean I am basically convinced (because I must have one as a pet), but you guys can make up your own mind.

 The debate of the Woolly Mammoth led to another intense discussion: Does Covino deserve a platiunum GodSmack Record? Now, wait let me explain, When Covino worked at KROCK he convinced the DJ to continue playing GodSmack, then GodSmack became a huge band and thanked everyone, everyone but Covino, who was still just a lowly person in the industry. He is convinced that now he deserves a thank you record, but didn’t receive one.
